For companies, it is essential to assess the suitability and development prospects of professionals and managers in a well-differentiated way. Our Selection Assessment provides an objective external perspective on competencies, potential and development areas, forming a solid basis for sound HR decisions. 

We evaluate personality and self-management skills as well as social, methodological and management competencies. The results show how existing strengths can be used effectively and how development steps can be supported in a targeted manner. The aim is not only to provide an objective assessment, but also to create a process that benefits all parties involved: candidates reflect on their impact and potential, gain a deeper understanding of their development areas and can actively engage with the recommendations.

Method
The assessment is based on a semi-structured interview and a range of scientifically validated tools. It explores personality traits, working style, decision-making behaviour, and social and leadership competencies from different perspectives. In addition, performance and practical exercises are included, such as leadership style, analytical thinking, a role-play (feedback discussion), situational analysis and the presentation of a personal SWOT analysis. The results are interpreted in comparison with a reference group of experienced professionals and middle-management executives.
